Polish Meets Italian: Kielbassa on Ciabatta.
I don't know why the lighting is orange but trust me, this food isn't orange. I was too lazy to cook something special so I toasted a rosemary ciabatta bun, fried kielbassa in some butter, seasoned it with garlic salt and cayenne, shredded some cheese over it and voila! Simple but delicious peasant fare. It could probably use more cheese. But, still.
