Chicken Paprika

This is a simple and easy peasant meal fit for a King.

Ingredients: Chopped tomatoes, green pepper, paprika, salt, black pepper, bay leaf, whole cloves.

Fry onions and garlic in olive oil. Add cubed chicken thighs or breasts. Thighs are more flavourful. Don't ask me why. I don't make the rules and I certainly don't follow them. Ha ha ha! But seriously. Where were we?

After chicken has been frying for 10 mins or so, add tomatoes (I used stewed becaus tey're 100% more flavourful than anything you can buy in a small town supermarket). Add bay leaf, paprika, and remaining spices.

When chicken is cooked, add sour cream...about a cup...

It will look much creamier and "stewier" (is that a word?) than this as long as you do not take muscle relaxants before making it! It still tasted good.

Cook some pasta and ladle chicken paprika over it. Voila and bon apetit! it looks much better in real life than in this picture. And it tastes superb, as they say on the Detroit Riviera.
