(Not) Deep Fried Breaded Parmesan Carrots

Whoever heard of deep fried carrots?
Not me, until I tried them.
And they were goo-ood!
The best part about them is that they aren't deep fried.
They are baked in the oven.
And still crispy.

Here is how to make them:

Roll canned whole baby carrots in flour mix.
Flour mix should have cumin, garlic salt, thyme, etc. The "etc" should be whatever spices you like. For heat, add cayenne. Go crazy. No one is going to know but you and you're all that matters.
After flour, toss carrots into a bowl with beaten eggs.
After the egg bowl, toss carrots into a freezer bag with Corn Flake crumbs and Parmesan cheese & garlic salt (if you like things salty).
Recipe calls for deep-frying. I baked mine in oven at 450F. I coated with melted butter and tossed several times until carrots crispy, about 20-30 minutes.

Voila and YUM and OMG.
So delish.
So pretty.
Mirror mirror on the wall...who is the prettiest baked carrot of all?
Mine is.
